From time to time, we may offer special shipping promotions, such as free shipping on qualifying orders or discounts on expedited shipping. These promotions will be subject to specific terms and conditions outlined at the time of the offer.
It is crucial to provide accurate and complete shipping information during the checkout process. Sunday Courtside is not responsible for any shipping delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.
While we strive to ensure smooth and timely delivery, unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, natural disasters, or shipping carrier delays may affect delivery times. Please email us at hello@sundaycourtside.com for any other delivery questions, issues, or concerns.
If your package is lost or stolen after being marked as delivered by the carrier or is damaged during transit, Sunday Courtside offers a replacement order free of charge or your original order value in store credit. Please email us at hello@sundaycourtside.com to start the process.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information. You can use this information to track the status and location of your package.
We are a small but mighty team, and orders typically take 2 business days to process before they are shipped. During peak seasons or promotional periods, order processing times may be extended.
Custom pickleball paddles will be delivered approximately 3 weeks after the design is finalized. If you placed an order for both custom and non-custom products, all items will ship at the same time.
- For US-based customers, merchandise purchased online at sundaycourtside.com can be returned within 21 days of the order ship date to receive a full refund, store credit, or exchange for a new color or size. Orders placed between November 18th and December 15st can be returned until January 5th.
- Returns are not currently supported for orders shipped to addresses outside of the US, including Canada.
- Returns must be initiated via our return portal. Items returned without first initiating the return process will not be accepted.
- All items must be returned in the condition in which they were received, with all original tags, packaging, and accessories. For products that were damaged after they were received, see our warranty policy.
- Products listed as "Final Sale" are not eligible for return or exchange (including but not limited to: hats, socks, patches, final sale paddle sets, and custom/design your own paddles).
- Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to you.
- Returns may be subject to a restocking fee (see the Full Refunds section here).

Initiating a Return
- Submit a return request through our return portal here using your order number and email address linked to the online order.
- Complete the steps online to answer your reason for returning and return outcome (full refund, exchange, or store credit).
- Once your return request has been submitted, download and print the prepaid return label to ship back your item(s).
- Affix the label to the original package and ship it back to us within 7 days of initiating the return. Returns that are not shipped back within 7 days will be canceled.
Full Refunds
- If you request a full refund for your returned items, once we have received your return package we will issue a refund within 5* business days. You will be notified via email once the process is complete.
- *During holiday season, there may be a delay in return processing. Returns for orders placed placed between November 18th and December 31st will be processed by January 15th.
- Refunds will be applied to the form of payment used for the original purchase, minus the shipping cost for the original order and a $6.00 handling fee to cover the cost of return shipping and restocking.
Exchanges
- Recess offers color and size exchanges for products of the same style and value. Pre-built gift sets are not eligible for exchange.
- If you would like to exchange a product for a new color or size, follow the steps above to initiate a return and choose the "exchange" option.
- Once your return package is in transit (as marked by your carrier), your exchange order will be shipped out within 2 business days.
- Exchanges do not incur a handling fee.
Store Credit
- You have the option to receive store credit for your returned items which can be applied to a new order on recesspickleball.com.
- Returns for store credit do not incur a handling fee, but the shipping cost for the original order will not be credited.

We offer a variety of shipping methods to meet your needs. The available options, estimated delivery times, and associated costs will be displayed during the checkout process. Our standard shipping methods include but are not limited to the following:
USA:
-- Standard Shipping: This is our default shipping option, with an estimated delivery time of 3-5 business days within the contiguous United States.
-- Second Day Air: If you need your order faster, you can choose our 2nd Day Air option, with an estimated delivery time of 2 business days. Orders with 2-day shipping are shipped the same day if placed before 12 PM CST Monday through Friday, or otherwise the following business day. Please note expedited orders placed over the weekend or on US holidays will not ship until the next business day.
-- Overnight: The fastest shipping method available is overnight shipping, with an estimated delivery time of 1 business day. Orders with overnight shipping are shipped the same day if placed before 12 PM CST Monday through Friday, or otherwise the following business day. Please note expedited orders placed over the weekend will not ship until Monday.
For customers in Canada: We offer international shipping with an estimated delivery time of 3-5 business days once shipped. All duties and customs costs are responsibility of the customer after purchase.
For addresses in U.S. Territories or U.S. Military addresses: Due to limitations of FedEx, we cannot ship to these locations at this time.
Shipping charges are based on the shipping method and will be clearly displayed during the checkout process for your review before you complete your purchase.

*If your total order is over $175.00, your order will ship free via Standard Shipping.
